Deliveries are made through BoxNow.
Orders are shipped every business day, Monday through Friday, by 3:00 p.m. Orders placed after the delivery time are shipped the next business day.
DELIVERY PRICE
All shipments are charged with shipping costs, which are determined based on the weight of the product.
DELIVERY TIME
From the moment the order is ready:
- BoxNow delivery from Greece to Romania: delivery within 1-3 business days to your chosen BoxNow device.
ORDER DELAY
Any delay in your order may be caused by any of the following reasons:
In extreme weather conditions or strikes and, in general, in cases of force majeure that prevent normal transport and delivery.
During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter).
If we are unable to contact you (by phone or email) to resolve any issues with your order or payment. For example, when the details you have entered are not completed correctly.
