Read the instructions carefully before use.
- Before first use, immerse the internal activated carbon filter in water for 10 minutes to activate it.
- The filter has the capacity to filter up to 300 liters of water (equivalent to 400 refills).
- Do not fill the bottle all the way. Leave a little space to avoid overflowing when closing the lid.
- Use a soft sponge and mild detergent to clean the stainless steel bottle.
- Avoid impacts, as they can damage the insulation of the stainless steel thermos (type 304).
- For optimal filter performance, it is recommended that the water temperature does not exceed 60°C.
- The product is shipped factory sealed. A slight odor is expected upon first opening, which will dissipate after cleaning.
Storing the filter (if not using it for a week)
- Remove the filter straw from the glass and shake it gently to remove excess water. Then, let it dry naturally in a cool place. Once it is completely dry, wrap it in aluminum foil or place it in an airtight bag. For maximum protection against bacteria, it is recommended to store it in a safe place or in the refrigerator.
- Also, make sure the inside of the thermos is completely dry before storing it.

- Don't put the bottle in the freezer when it contains liquids, as the expansion of the contents may rupture it.
- Do not use the container for to store acidic substances , as they may damage or corrode its material.
- Don't put the bottle in boiling water or in the microwave , because heat can deform the body.
- Do not use wire scourers or strong abrasive cleaning agents , which can scratch the surface of the stainless steel thermos.
- Avoid filtering juices (with fiber or pulp) as there is a risk of clogging the filter. It is recommended to use a straw without a filter for drinking juice.
