RETURN POLICY
The company, by supporting e-commerce, allows the customer — through the complete descriptions it publishes on its pages — to take advantage of direct contact with the products offered on their computer screen, quickly and easily. Wishing to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily purchases, we present below the conditions for returning defective or non-defective products.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
În conformitate cu legislația aplicabilă privind protecția consumatorilor și contractele la distanță, consumatorul are dreptul de a se retrage dintr-o achiziție efectuată la distanță, fără a invoca un motiv, în termen de paisprezece (14) zile calendaristice. În acest sens, în termen de paisprezece (14) zile calendaristice de la data primirii, aveți posibilitatea de a returna produsele achiziționate, numai dacă acestea se află exact în aceeași stare în care au fost primite și cu condiția să fie însoțite de toate documentele necesare care dovedesc achiziția dumneavoastră. După retragere, compania este obligată să ramburseze contravaloarea produsului către cumpărător în termen de 14 zile calendaristice, cu condiția ca acesta să fi recepționat și verificat în prealabil. Costurile de returnare a produselor prin poștă, curier sau firmă de transport la sediul CENTER PLUS SA nu sunt acoperite de companie și sunt integral în sarcina expeditorului/clientului. Vă rugăm să rețineți că responsabilitatea pentru pierderea, deteriorarea sau distrugerea produsului revine clientului până la primirea produsului de către companie. For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the period of fourteen (14) calendar days begins to run from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal/return, before the relevant period expires, you must declare your wish to withdraw in writing by sending this return form to the customer service e-mail address [email protected] or by fax: +30 210 240 5583 (the withdrawal form is attached to our packaging).
The company recommends that the customer carefully check — upon delivery of the order — the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging to identify any visible defects (e.g., wrong item, etc.).
ORDER CANCELATION
The CUSTOMER has the option to cancel the order by phone or email within 24 hours of its shipment. The Customer reserves the right to refuse and cancel the order until the shipping procedure has begun. If the shipping procedure has already begun, the Customer may return the product (according to the company's product return policy, see above), bearing the costs of returning the products, as mentioned above.
