How do I change the cartridge?
Unscrew the old cartridge and screw in the new one without tightening it. No tools required. Before first use, let the water run for 2-3 minutes to rinse the new cartridge.
How do I know which cartridge is right for me?
Check the color of the thread on your current cartridge. Olympus: green or black for chlorine, bacteria, pesticides, heavy metals and more, blue for limescale, red for nitrates. If you are unsure, call us at +359 2 492 8764 (English only).
How often should I change?
The cartridge is replaced every 12 months or every 10,000 liters of water, whichever comes first. In the meantime, it can be cleaned to extend its lifespan.
